Veterans Day Form
We will have our annual Veterans Day program on Tuesday, November 4th, at 8:30 a.m. in the Sardis Middle School gym. Celebrating our Veterans is a wonderful way to show our patriotism and support men and women who serve in our armed forces. If you have a family member who is a veteran, please invite them to attend our program and complete the form below. The parents of students who invite a veteran, and the spouses of veterans, are also invited to attend.

Please return the form below to Mrs. Clokey no later than Friday, October 24th. Veterans and their guests are invited to the Library Media Center for a breakfast immediately following the program.
